All liquor deliveries in Ontario are subject to the rules and regulations of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA) and Liquor Control Act (LCA). It is the responsibility of licensees to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed before, during and after delivery

In submitting an order, you represent yourself as being of legal drinking age in Ontario.

– Alcohol must only be delivered to a residence and must be delivered to and accepted by an individual who is 19 years or older. If someone is suspected to be under the age of 19, identification will be asked for and inspected.

– Alcohol will never delivered to a person who is intoxicated.

– The delivery person is at least 19 years of age and Smart Serve certified.

– Liquor sales licensees must will ensure that liquor is delivered in a sealed and unopened container. 

– If appropriate age of majority identification is not presented when required the alcohol will not be released and the alcohol will be returned. There will be no refund of the delivery fee.
