Delivery Policy
It is our policy to contact every recipient by phone to arrange delivery; we have adapted
this policy in order to remain both fiscally and environmentally responsible. If you would
prefer a surprise delivery please include this request under special instructions. Please be
advised that if delivery is returned due to the unavailability of the recipient and must be
re-delivered additional charges will apply.
It is also our policy that our product will not be left outside of recipients’ homes except at
the instruction of the recipient. It is important to maintain our excellent product quality
and freshness and at the risk of theft, inclement weather or mechanical damage we have
decided to adopt this policy. The recipient acknowledges responsibility for these
possible events when requesting an outside delivery.
